  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 pimento peppers chopped or 1 fresno pepper
  • 1 mini sweet pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • chopped celery
  • 2 cups pre cooked rice

PASTELLE CASSEROLE

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 oz rotini pasta boiled to Al Dente
  • 1 lb minced turkey
  • 1 tsp Karibbean Flavours Garlic and herb
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Spice Sensations – black pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 scallion chopped ( chive )
  • 4 pimento peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 cup sweetpeppers chopped
  • 4 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp corn flour 1/2 cup cheese to top

Serves 4 BAKE AT 350 DEG FOR 15 MINS

EASY LO MEIN 

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 -1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots sliced in strips
  • 2 pimentos chopped
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1/2 cup black mushrooms
  • handful of celery
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup baby bok choy
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp Karibbean flavours chinese seasoning
  • 1 tsp dark soy
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp vegetarian stir fry sauce / oyster sauce
  • 16 oz Lomeins noodles cooked to aldente
