Overview
The Driver/Loader (Heavy-T) is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods nationwide. This role includes loading and securing products, performing routine vehicle checks, and maintaining a clean, roadworthy vehicle.
Job Description

Inventory Management: Receive, check, and load goods using the Company’s Invoice from the Loading Bay in the presence of the Manager and/or Dispatcher.

Delivery: Deliver goods to the customer’s premises in a timely and safe manner.

Accountability: Responsible for the proper care, security, and handling of all goods and the assigned vehicle once dispatched. The employee will be held accountable for the cost of any loss, breakage, or damage resulting from negligence or improper handling.

Financial Duties: Collect any monies or cheques on behalf of the company and submit to the Finance Department upon return to the office.

Production Support: Collect Raw Materials/Packaging Materials and other items that may be required by the Production Department if and when needed.
Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years similar work experience.

Licensing: Valid Heavy T License (Class 4 or 5).

Documentation: Valid Certificate of Good Character.

Physical Ability: Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 25 kgs (55 lbs).
