Tandoori Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 500g Boneless chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp Rajapuri Tandoori Masala
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and Rajapuri Tandoori Masala.
  2. Marinate: Add chicken pieces, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
  3. Prepare: Arrange on a baking tray, skewers or lined air-fryer basket.
  4. Cook: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes, or grill/air-fry until cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
