Ingredients
- 500g Boneless chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp Rajapuri Tandoori Masala
- ½ cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and Rajapuri Tandoori Masala.
- Marinate: Add chicken pieces, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Prepare: Arrange on a baking tray, skewers or lined air-fryer basket.
- Cook: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes, or grill/air-fry until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Garnish: Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
