1 tbsp KF Jerk Seasoning (dry)

2 tbsps KF Jerk Seasoning (wet)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lime juice

Butter or romaine lettuce cups

Sliced tomatoes

Shredded carrots

Red onion
Directions

Marinate: Season chicken with dry Jerk Seasoning and marinate for 10 mins.

Coat: Toss chicken with wet Jerk Seasoning, oil, and lime.

Cook: Pan-sear on medium heat until golden and cooked through.

Assemble: Fill lettuce cups with jerk chicken.
