Ingredients

250g paneer, cubed

2 tbsp Rajapuri 9 Spice Curry Powder

2 tbsp oil or ghee

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1-inch ginger, grated

2 tomatoes or 1 cup purée

1 cup coconut milk
-
½ cup water
-
Salt to taste
Directions

Sauté: Heat oil/ghee in pan; sauté onion, garlic and ginger until golden.

Soften: Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Spice: Stir in Rajapuri 9-spice Curry Powder and cook for 2 mins.

Simmer: Add coconut milk and water; simmer for 5–7 mins.

Finish: Add paneer cubes, simmer for 5 minutes, and add salt to taste.

Serve: Serve with rice, naan, or paratha.
