Curried Paneer

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed

  • 2 tbsp Rajapuri 9 Spice Curry Powder

  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1-inch ginger, grated

  • 2 tomatoes or 1 cup purée

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup water

  • Salt to taste


Directions

  1. Sauté: Heat oil/ghee in pan; sauté onion, garlic and ginger until golden.

  2. Soften: Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

  3. Spice: Stir in Rajapuri 9-spice Curry Powder and cook for 2 mins.

  4. Simmer: Add coconut milk and water; simmer for 5–7 mins.

  5. Finish: Add paneer cubes, simmer for 5 minutes, and add salt to taste.

  6. Serve: Serve with rice, naan, or paratha.
