Ingredients

1 cup basmati rice

2 tbsp oil or ghee

1 onion, sliced

2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Rajapuri Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Rajapuri Garam Masala

1½ cups vegetable broth
-
Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro or mint
Directions

Wash & Soak: Wash rice until water runs clear and soak for 20 minutes. Drain.

Sauté: In a pot, heat oil/ghee. Sauté onion, garlic, and mixed vegetables for 5 minutes.

Spice: Stir in Rajapuri Turmeric Powder and Garam Masala.

Combine: Add soaked rice and broth. Bring to a boil.

Simmer: Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

Fluff & Serve: Fluff with a fork, garnish with cilantro or mint, and serve.
